PatternCare analyses incidents across participants, staff, locations and time periods to identify emerging risks before they become serious incidents. It also creates a complete record of reviews and actions taken, improving participant safety and providing stronger evidence during audits. No other platform combines pattern detection, risk classification and audit-ready reporting in one system.
What happens after an incident is logged?
Once an incident is logged through your existing systems, PatternCare automatically analyses the information for emerging and recurring risk patterns. Identified risks are surfaced within your dashboard, ready for review and action.
Is our information used to train AI models?
No. Your data is used only to analyse risk patterns within your own organisation. It is never used to train external AI models or shared with other providers. Your participants' information remains yours at all times.
